I bought a razer kairo headset for the xbox about 2 weeks ago, been working perfectly fine, and been using it perfectly normally, then one time it died and thought nothing of it and charged it like i’d done previously, but this time it doesn’t charge, nothing comes on, and when i try turn it on, it turns on for a second, then says its dead then dies, ive tried multiple plugs, multiple wires, ive cleaned the port, nothing, so can someone help me please, and dont give me the same old copy and paste answer about its your port, its your battery when it isnt.

I’m here to help. I understand that your Razer Kaira won’t turn on or charge. Confirming you’ve already tried multiple plugs and wires, could you try charging the headset using a different power source, like a laptop? When you plug it in, does the charging LED indicator show any signs of life, even briefly? Is there any physical damage to the headset or charging port that you might have noticed?
