I just purchased this headset 3 days ago and it is already causing me issues. I have tried every troubleshooting step in the “How to resolve a headset with no sound, poor or no audio, or uneven audio balance” article, as well as updating my drivers and firmware and there has been no difference. This is really disappointing considering so many others seem to have the same problem. I would greatly appreciate an actual fix for this.

Hey there,
I understand that you are experiencing an audio issues with your Razer Kraken V4. Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.
If the issue persists after disabling Razer Synapse, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
