Razer Keyboard and Mouse wont turn on when Asleep?
So I recently just purchased the razer viper ultimate and razer blackwidow elite.
The only issue I have is that both the keyboard and mouse will turn on or "awake" from sleeping mode when my PC is asleep. If I press the space bar, mash buttons on both my keyboard and mouse it just will not awaken.. Every time I need to awaken my computer from the power button.
I know sleep can be glitchy for computers, but for all my mouses and keyboards I have had, this has never been an issue....
I love my razer mouse and keyboard so much that I would hate to have to return them. Especially because I think the issue is with synapse.
Please, if anyone has a fix, let me know ASAP.

Please follow the steps below to try to fix this issue.
- Press Windows Key + X and click on Device Manager.
- Expand the Keyboards and right-click/tap on your Keyboard device.
- Tap Power Management and uncheck Allow this device to wake the computer.
- Click OK and restart the computer and check the issue.
