Razer Keyboard Chroma Issues

So I'm currently having an issue with my Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard in which my keyboard only lights up on some areas of the keyboard, but not all. I have tried multiple solutions to get it fixed, such as restarting my PC, uninstalling/reinstalling Razer Synapse, but to no avail and I'm hoping I can get some more professional help to, hopefully, resolve my issue. I'm not a huge PC nerd, so I might need lots of clarification, as far as what steps I need to take and whatnot, so bear with me. Thanks in advance! Below is the screenshot of my current issue.

Hi there! You've landed concern to the right board. Sorry to hear about your keyboard. By the way, when did the issue start? Are you using a USB hub? If yes, please connect your Razer products directly to your computer USB ports. Also, have you tried connecting your keyboard to a different USB port to a different computer to isolate the issue? If the issue persists, please create a dummy Razer Synapse and see if the issue is still happening there.

The issue originated On April 14th, as far as I've recalled and I don't use a USB Hub anymore with the new gaming PC I have now, although I have used a USB Hub before when I had my spare laptop and it didn't cause any issues, like the one I have now, and I did try to plug it into different USB ports that are available on my gaming PC and it didn't work. I also plugged my keyboard directly to my spare laptop I have and the issue still occurs even on my laptop.

Thanks for confirming. We need to isolate this further by sending me a PM together with your keyboard's serial number, let's continue from there.
