Razer Keyboard keys randomly stopped working.

Some keys on my keyboard (Razer Ornata V3 X) randomly stopped working. I udated my windows version and restarted my pc, and that fixed it. However about an hour later the same keys randomly stopped working again. I deleted and reinstalled Razer Synapse and updated my drivers, and restared my pc, yet they continue to not work.

The affected keys are F1, F2, F8, F9, tilde, 6 in the number row, plus and minus in the number row, p, left control, insert, home, age up, delete, and the plus on the numbers on the right side of the keyboard.

That’s a pretty wide group of keys failing at the same time, so I’d check more than just Synapse. Since the restart fixed it temporarily, maybe test the keyboard with Synapse completely closed and see if the same keys stop responding. You could also try another USB port and check if the issue happens on another PC. If the same keys fail there too, it may point to a hardware issue rather than Windows or drivers. Hopefully one of those tests helps narrow it down.
