So a few days ago, while I was just using my setup like normal my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro just gave up. Now I didn’t suspect it was my keyboard since the backlight still worked, so I restarted my laptop. After I found out it’s my keyboard that’s not working, I’ve tried all sorts of methods, but none of them have worked so far.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
- Pressing Esc+Caps Lock+Space bar
- Unpluggin the keyboard, pressing Esc+Caps Lock+Space bar and then plugging it back in.
- Using the firmware updater from Razer’s support page (it says I have the latest firmware)
- Closing all Razer related applications
When I open Razer Synapse, it detects my keyboard and shows up. Whenever I try any lighting based adjustment that shows up on the keyboard too. it’s just that the keys are not sending any input or something. Note that the volume dial and multimedia buttons do work. What am I supposed to do in this situation?
