It is detected by the PC and Synapse 4 but It doesn't type anything

Can you reset your keyboard via Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue you're currently experiencing.
