I recently noticed and hand wondered why my headset felt loose so i looked over my kiara pro and noticed 2 hairline cracks just pinch above the rgb logo flip them around to see theres the same cracks on the inside near the wire management channel is thought eh maybe jus unlucky noticed an hour later that the left side had the same cracks same spot and mind you i have only had this headset since december 3rd (ordered before then but didnt arrive right away) tried looking into the warranty topics and see how to request just a replacement as i really like the feel the rgb etc k really struggled to find a multi device headset without shelling out 200 bucks for god knows what id really like to stick with this headset if i could get on conrwct with warranty department and solve it because id really not like to go mic less or have to use some subpar junk over this …
