Razer Kishi Doesn't Work

I just got my Kishi a couple of hours ago, really excited about this. I tried it connecting it with both Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro and Google Pixel 4 XL but both phones shows no connections in the Kishi app. There is no blue status light either. I tried turning on/off USB Debugging too. Tried out the OTG dongles and it works too. Any ideas where I could have missed out? All online reviews point that this should be a no fuss controller..
