razer kishi not staying connected

brought my razer kishi in June 2023 worked perfectly untill now where it disconnects constantly from my phone rendering it useless, as first I thought my phone was playing up so I tried it on multiple other phones and it worked perfectly. however since then I've tried it on 2 other phones the exact same as mine with the exact same issue with my phone. have took my phone to a repair shop to be looked at and they couldn't see any problems with the charging/connection port. when purchased my ohone was on the list of compatible devices so I can see why there would be an issue, anyone else has the same problem with Samsung galaxy s21? and have you found a fix
