I've got this kishi last year and it works perfectly fine, but then got tired of playing emulators so i stopped for a month or two. Motivated to play some gba games, i tried using it again but unfortunately, it doesn't work anymore. • When Kishi is mounted on phone: - Not detected by the app - LED is off - Not Working • When Kishi is mounted on phone and plugged in charger via Kishi charging port: - Not detected by the app - LED is ON (White Light) - Not Working I'm using the same phone so there shouldn't be any compatibility error My phone's android ver. 10 so it checks the basic troubleshooting There's no way to update firmware as razer kishi app couldn't even detect the controller.

This is often caused by dirt or oxidation on the USB-C connector.
Try cleaning both the phone port and the controller connector carefully.
Also check that USB accessories are enabled in the phone settings.
Test it on another phone to rule out a device issue.
If the app never detects it, the connector or cable may have failed over time.
