Razer Kishi not working - Pixel XL - Android 11

Just got it today and nothing, no light, no detection. The Kishi App doesn't see it either. Very upset....!! You'd think a huge company like Razer would have all the bugs worked out. The device seems to be working fine on Pixel XL with android 10 on it. When will this be fixed so I can use this on my Pix3XL with android 11 Tapping the firmware check button does nothing when connected to my old phone, if I put it in firmware mode, it says it's updating firmware but the version is not changing. Current Firmware V02.70

    Samething here, received my Razer kishi for my birthday today. My phone is a Samsung S9 with android 10. When I connect my Kishi to my phone, the blue light turn on for 3 to 5 sec and turn off. I can recharge my S9 batterie via the kishi USB-C port but nothing else is working. I installed the Razer Kishi app and it does not detect the Kishi controller.
