Hi, I just bought the razer kishi for use it with my realme x2 pro with android 10 and the controller only works when I connect It to the carger via the usb passthought. When I connect the controller directly to my device the controller doesn't work, they need to be connected to the mobile charger. The mobile battery is in 90%, so it cannot be for the battery.



What could be the problem?
