Razer Kishi v1 - infinitely scrolls down when I plug it in

The title kind of says it all, but for the sake of clarity:

My Kishi V1 has worked flawlessly for the longest time, until recently. When I plug it in, it acts as though the left stick is held pointing down - if I happen to be in an app with a menu, it scrolls to the bottom and sticks there. Nothing I do stops this, and it persists even after I unplug the device until I turn my screen off and on again.

I’ve connected a regular controller both via bluetooth and USB-C since then and neither experience the same issue, so I’m relatively confident that the Kishi is the problem.

If it matters, I’m using a Pixel 6 Pro with Android 14, but I don’t think there was an update in the time between it working and it not working, so I would doubt that has anything to do with it.

I have the same problem!D on't know where it is coming from either. Tried it on two different phones and it keeps drifting downwards.

Because it keeps drifting down, I can't make an attempt to update the firmware. Need support with this @Razer Support team

Interesting enough, I have the same problem, and it's on the same phone as well. Wonder if it's coincidental or otherwise

exact same issue here too, and I'm on the Pixel 6a. so frustrating

I am getting the exact same issue with the downward drift. I have had my controller for less than a year.
@Razer Admin can you please help with this????

Hey @kdesouza,

Can you test your Kishi on another phone and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the drift issue.
