I am in the process of trying to warranty my Kishi controller for a broken trigger but the Razer support agent I got switched to now wants me to register at razerID with my product. Since I got it 4 months ago I don't have a box anymore so I don't have a product number. I have everything else besides the box and receipt, even proof of the day I bought it from my chat logs with friends bragging about it. The first agent didn't require it, but since I took a few days to reply, this new agent is asking for a product ID I don't have. I just want a working controller 😞 how can I get a product id?

Product number and serial number should be on the back of your device.
