Razer Kishi V2 IOS Virtual Controller Support

coolDesireMYSTICTOPAZ866

I came across an android user using a certain feature known as virtual controller which allowed him to map out buttons for onscreen actions on a video while looking for ways to make the Kishi work with undawn however it isn’t available for iOS users nor has it been stated in there tutorial that it’s for android users only. It’s disappointing as playing on an iPhone 14 with big hands isn’t exactly enjoyable I’m pressing shoot when I’m trying to look around it’s a mess, I just wanted to know the crack with it how come they get more features? Thr Razer nexus app hasn’t been updated in 10 months on the iOS store just seems like they’ve forgot about iPhone users entirely. Any news would be much appreciated with whether they’re going to update iOS or not as right now feels like money wasted on a device that I can’t get full functionality out of.

They need to update it soon. I bought this thinking it would work great for this one game…little did I know that it doesn’t even work on my iPhone 14. So mad rn but I can only hope for a miracle right. Feels like a waste of money 🙄

Can we at least get a reply, is this something that’s considered? What is the issue with doing it if there is any? If it’s already in development when would we get it?

This should be front and centered on the box and digital stores. I bought this thinking the same thing. Some type of update would be nice.

I just got my Kishi Ultra v2 and just discovered this feature isn't available on iOS. This is disappointing. Please consider adding this functionality.

Same situation for me. I second every comment on this post. The virtual control is a must firmware update for iPhone users. We deserve the same full functionality from this product as Android users have. Please don’t forget about us.

I recently bought the kishi v2 and I go on to the app to remap the special buttons and on the app there is no options to remap them

I literally just did the same thing.

I got the Kishi Ultra and was super excited I could use my ipad mini with it, to find out iOS doesn’t support this feature. The only games I play are gacha games (especially Punishing: Gray Raven) which I can’t even use the Kishi Ultra with. Damnit!

Kishi V2 iPhone arrived today. Total disappointment, a 130 euro controller that you can't play Browl Star with because it doesn't support virtual screen control. I also have the Android version and it's perfect, I thought I was giving a nice gift to my son who loves that game and instead I found this mess. Luckily Amazon will take it back. Too bad for the rest it seems really beautiful.

My controller picks up for some games but in particular not FC mobile and Mortal Kombat. Is there a setting I need to change? I am using tje latest ios and an iphone 11

I have both the android version (works perfectly) and the iOS version (returned to Amazon after a day). I can say with certainty that they try hard to create products without full Apple support, with very high prices. It is useless to hope for updates or support from them. A $130 Apple mobile controller where the Virtual Controller or full button mapping does not work (on their page they write it in small print with an asterisk, typical of scam contracts) is at least 50% useless. Razer wants to save on licensing, but charge 3 times more for its products, sometimes putting a few lights, but then lets them die without support. Maybe for mobile controllers it is better to get closer to the Backbone line, it seems to work better on Apple (but I have not tested). At least this is my experience.
