I’m kind of perplexed about what to do next.
My situation is as follows :
My fiancee and I have the same phone (LG Velvet 5G) on Android 13. My Razer Kishi V2 would work on hers but won’t on mine. It had before I factory reset it.
• Observation: when connecting on my fiancee’s phone. The text would appear on the bottom of the screen and says “Keyboard has been connected”. This would not appear on mine.
• I’ve looked at my usb connector for anything that would obstruct or for any damage. Nothing.
• I’ve looked at some forums saying that I should enable certain developer options. USB debugging, for example. As it has no relation to the problem at hand.
• I thought maybe it was an issue with my phone's compatibility with the USB OTG. From what I understand, this option is present in pretty much all newer phones.
• I thought maybe I should update the firmware of the Kishi (I mean since everything fails so far). Unfortunately, I can’t. The Kishi app is not available on my phone. Nowhere to be found in the Google App Store.
• I restart my Velvet, turn it off and wait to turn it back on. I insert, then remove, then insert, etc. No connection message.
So I don’t know what to do anymore.
All my wishes and a big thanks for any comments or tips.
