Hello! Im facing problems during tournaments with Razer Kitsune. It seems like after some usage the playstation 5 and only the playstation 5 disconnects it. I cant afford getting disconnected while playing tournaments. Its very frustrating. So my question is…...is the Kitsune’s problem? The kitsune’s wire problem? Or the Console (PS5)? Here you go…...

Hi there,
We’re not yet sure if the issue is coming from your console or the Razer Kitsune. Let’s do some workarounds. Try to update its firmware by clicking here. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other troubleshooting steps that we an attempt.
