Razer Kitty BT headset mutes all game sounds when connected to discord
I bought the headset as it is advertised as a Gaming headset, however, after searching high and low on a fix it appears it is not possible to be able to talk in discord and be able to hear my game sounds in World of Warcraft. I have tried every work around I could find, reset, re-installed, pressed buttons and can find nothing to fix it, I have 2 options it seems
1: return the headset for a refund as it's not fit for the purpose I bought it for (never again will I be swayed by pretty flashing lights)
2: put up with poor quality game sounds and use it as a bluetooth hands free headset, which again is not acceptable.
Has anyone managed to fix this so I can get good quality game sounds and still talk to my friends or have I invested in the wrong product?

As far as I know, the Kraken Kitty BT is supposed to be a gaming headset for mobile. Game audio files for PC games are also way larger in size compared to their mobile counterparts. Bluetooth's limited bandwidth isn't capable of handling two audio sources plus the mic input. With that said, you can try to check if Discord is taking exclusive control of BT audio. But even if you get it to output audio for both of the apps, you can expect intermittent audio and mic input issues.
