I'm a bit frustrated and not sure what else to do.



I'm trying to get my Razer Kitty BT to hook up to my PC. I had the same issue when I was using Windows 10, but my computer is on Windows 11 now. I have a Bluetooth 5 receiver.



When I try to pair the headphones, they only show up as Razer Stereo. They aren't already paired with my computer, so it isn't that issue, and my computer can identify other bluetooth devices. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my bluetooth driver, I've tried disabling and re-enabling the driver, I've tried running the troubleshooter in three different ways. I cannot get the computer to see it.



Any advice outside of the above would be very much appreciated!
