Razer Kitty edition headphones disconnecting everything

I just got these headphones as a birthday present for streaming, but anytime they are plugged into my PC they disconnect all my other peripherals constantly. I work in IT so I've already tried troubleshooting different USB ports, different PCs, software. The only time everything works flawlessly is when synapse is not installed (I've tried synapse 2 and 3). My other peripherals work fine with synapse (cynosa v2, naga trinity, mini siren, and tartarus v2) but the moment the headphones get plugged in it is constant disconnection. I originally had a USB hub attached to my pc but have since removed it and even leveraged my power consumption against my power supply to see if maybe I was putting too much stress on it. Overall, this has been pretty disappointing. I saved up to get these for myself and haven't been able to use them for a single stream.

I've been having this issue for the past week as well and I have no idea what could've caused it. I've seen other places that it could be a potential synapse issue but it's sad considering my Razer Viper is working just fine and there's not much else I can think of. Another solution I saw floating around was to remove the left ear cup and see if there's anything potentially tangled within the side with the mic but I've yet to do that. I really hope there's a solution for this soon, I paid $150 and it's been fine other than this.
