Hi everyone ! This is my first razer product and I love it so bad ! but when I am playing, when a loud sound appears my headset turns off . And quickly turn on , but the microphone doesnt work at all. So I have to refresh the page, what should I do ? Thank u !

Hey there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you tried plugging the headset to a different USB port of PC? If you are using a desktop PC, please connect it at the rear USB ports and see if the issue persists.
