Razer Kitty headphones disconnecting (USB)

So I recently received these headphones for Christmas, so they've very new and should be in great condition... but they tend to randomly stop playing music but instead the music/sound plays from my speakers. The headphones use USB to connect to my computer, I had two free USB ports, and using both just ends in this same issue eventually. I have no idea what is causing this, if it's a problem with the headphones or the computer I'm not sure.

Were you able to connect the headset to a different PC to check if the same issue persists? Isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device so I can look into other possible solutions.
