Hi Razer team, I am having a wired Razer Kraken Kitty edition, and I have been using it for more than 1 year. A few months recently, the headset kept disconnect frequently, as I could say it happens non stop while I am playing game, and it affected badly on my gaming experience because every time it disconnects and reconnects, it would disconnect instantly again, and creates lagging moments for my computer. I want to know what are the choices that I can do with this problem? Can I get a refund or a replacement? I love it but it keeps acting weirdly and it impacts heavily on my experience. Please reply asap, thank you!

This seems to be a common problem. I have this as well and my friend. It's frustrating that I cannot contact Razer direct to get their attention on this issue as I am sure it must be a driver issue or their App

im also surrfering the same issue hope can get some solution
