Someone solve razer kitty headset disconnecting/connecting issue?



Issue:

When using THX Spatial - Synapse as default + lighting + 100% volume seems like driver disconnecting and reconnecting every 5sec. (this issue show when listen youtube or gaming only when high sound effects)

When using Razer Kraken Kitty Edition seems working fine but cant use spatial sound advantages.

Are you referring to the stand-alone THX Spatial Audio application, or its the THX Spatial service found in the Razer Synapse 3.0? Have you tried replicating the behavior by connecting the headset to another USB port or computer? Also, ensure that the headset is connected directly to your computer's USB port, not on a USB hub.

Im using Synapse 3.7.228.22817. I didnt know about stand-alone THX Spatial it could help? I tried different computers, different ports, every single mainboard port, nothing help. When i turned off lighting seems i can use little more sound but not that much. I was hoping this would be solved by updates by the time, but it worse and worse.
