Razer Kitty Kraken sound crack ?

Hello and sorry for my English i'm pretty bad in English. my problem is: my razer kitty kraken work fine but some time (like every 5 secondes or often) i hear a little sound like a click or crack and very rarely I hear a very big and long horrible noise that scares me as if my heatset had fallen into the water, sorry if it's not clear I don't know how to explain it well i have this headset since about christmas and i'm afraid i can't send it back and it is in very good condition.     by the way i just try it now but this only happen on my pc and not on my switch (I didn't have this problem with my old headset)

    Having a crackling sound is such a bummer. For now, follow the steps in this guide to fix your Razer Kraken. Should the issue persists, please PM me your device's serial number to look for other possible fixes. I can use that to look for a new firmware update about your device.
