Razer Kitty Lighting Error

Hi, My headset is not working right with the rgbs. When the computer goes to sleep or if I'm logged out of synapse or use another computer hat does not have synapse the headset defaults to white. I don't want anyone to tell me that's normal because the default setting of razer devices rgb is usually spectrum cycling. WHY is this happening to me?
