Had the headset since Christmas and it has been working perfectly, no issues whatsoever.

Until today. Used it for maybe an hour, got up to get a drink, come back and the headset is dead. No lights, no sound, nothing.

Tried connecting to all USB ports on the computer, tried the ones that are in use since I know they work. Updated Windows and all that. Still dead.

Razer says the headset still has warranty, but I can't contact them since the chat/call is only for US and Canada. Tried sending them an email but it got rejected. Bought through Amazon and they only have a 30 day return policy.

What can I do? BF already ordered a new one but would be nice to fix the old one. Or at least get some form of refund/compensation or something I guess.
