hello i just bought the razer kiyo today i installed the program it said to and i clicked the camera in the program and it wont load the camera and now after I restarted my pc it is making a sound and white light flickering and wont connect tried everything and still nothing. any help would be amazing

Did you already try to repair the Synapse application? If not yet, follow the steps here to proceed. If that didn't work, perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide.
