Hi all

 

My Razer Kiyo web cam stopped working suddenly this week. The camera is only 1.5 years old.

The camera is recognised in Device Manager, until when the camera is accessed via Teams, Zoom or Microsoft Camera app - the camera light turns on and then completely disconnects from Device Manager and a pop up says USB device not recognised. The light then remains on until you disconnect the cable. 
 

based on other posts this seems a common problem - any help much appreciated.

I have the same issue, has there been any solution identified.


I have the exact same problem. Please help. The problem started about few weeks ago.

First it stopped working about 20 minutes into my video call. Then it was 15…. 10… Now it happens the moment I open an app that runs it. The light halo starts flickering and device stops running, it disappears from the device manager. but the light remains on.
