I've had my Razer Kiyo for a year now so it is no longer within warranty. However, it just stopped working completely because the Razer Synapse app is stuck on the same page asking me if I want to use the camera setting or synapse settings. No matter what I choose nothing happens and now my camera is unusable because it can only be turned on via the app.



I already disliked that I had to use the synapse app just to use my product I paid for (which seems a lot like extortion to me) and now that the app is frozen it's completely useless and I have 0 customer support because it's been 12 months. I completely reset my camera, my laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing has changed. I am up to date on all drivers. Is there anything I can do or should I just not use razer products in the future?
I have the same issue with an 11 month-old Razer Kiyo X... just started happening in the past hour. This is the first time I've used the camera in a couple of weeks.



Additionally, sometimes after plugging in the camera, Synapse will see the camera and display the icon for a few seconds, then the camera will disappear in the dashboard, the ring light starts flashing on and off, and the system "beeps" as if it's connecting, disconnecting, and reconnected repeatedly.



Maybe a recent update has broken something?
