Razer Kiyo Autofocus in Zoom

Has anyone been able to resolve the Kiyo switching to autofocus in different apps? Bought one recently & changed the MF settings so the video stops like breathing between me and the background during sessions, but as soon as i launch zoom the AF starts again. When I open Synapse, it gives me the option to choose Synapse settings vs camera settings, and I've set it to go with Synapse settings. Not sure if theres a feature inside zoom to change this/if anyone else is running into that! Looked into the driver page too for the Kiyo but not seeing it. Thanks!
