Turned on Zoom today and the Kiyo is blurry and won’t auto-focus. It won’t manually focus, either - changing the settings in Synapse won’t fix it. It’s not the lens - cleaned it...and it was working fine yesterday.

Firmware won’t update as it says I have to contact support...and then it says it’s out of warranty. Software is up-to-date.

Happy to share the S/N but overall not a great experience trying to troubleshoot this.

Thank you for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? Have you tried plugging it into a different USB port? If that didn’t work, then shoot me a PM along with your Razer Kiyo’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and look for other workarounds that we can try.
