Razer Kiyo blurry and no settings work (in synapse)

Bought the Kiyo about 5 years ago and barely had any issues until very recently. It’s started focusing close, and I’m unable to change any settings. When I try to open the advanced settings that just softlocks it so I can’t interact with any of the settings.
I’ve tried unplugging it, using a different USB port, endinging synapse, restarting my PC, uninstalling the device, and updating the firmware. (Speaking of trying to update the firmware, it just directs me to contact support which I can’t do as I’m obviously out of warranty)

Also, just a peeve I’ve got and completely unrelated. Most of the forum posts regarding issues similar to mine were locked “to curb the conversation to PMs”. I found 2 threads that weren’t locked and got some useful information I wouldn’t have otherwise
What’s the point of a support forum if you lock every thread? The goal is community conversation and support

I have exactly same issue. I tried to plug it into different USB port and I tried to connect it into Synapse but it shows that “No compatible devices were found”. My Camera used to work fine years back but now it is unusable.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test the camera on another computer to see if the issue persists? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
