Razer kiyo crash

Hello, I bought a camera and when I connect it to the usb, the camera works for about 5 seconds and then it crashes, I found out that it is caused by the usb ports that I have up to date and it was also happening in the synapse. In the win settings, I tried the usb display device and it didn't work despite that.. I have win 10 with build 19045.3930. And then the camera doesn't work and I have to pull it out of the usb and plug it in again and it does the same thing.. Tip how to do it so that it works
