Razer Kiyo model RZ19-0232
Hello,
It keeps on crashing when starting up on any software.
Tried removing Synapse app. Tried on different computers
Same problem each time, it’s like the camera tries to start, flashes once or twice, then crashes.

Based on the troubleshooting steps that you have already tried, it would seem that your Kiyo is already defective. If you purchased the camera recently, please send me a PM with the serial number together with a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can attach it to your case. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
