Hi Have tried multiple computers and the Razer Kiyo will not turn on when plugged into USB port.

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Kiyo's concern here. It seems like a hardware issue. Ensure that the camera is connected directly to your computer's USB port. If it's a desktop PC, plug the device into the rear USB ports and see if it helps. By the way, have you contacted our Support Team?
