Razer Kiyo doesnt save my settings.

Especially low-light compensation. I do have latest drivers. I do have latest Synapse. help me pls

    Same thing here. No matter where the settings are made Synapse, Skype, Teams, Go2Meeting... After next boot the gain level is back to zero and the cam fires up way too dark. Is there any way to set the default settings to a value which is kept ? Or is this maybe an indicator, that the cam is faulty ? The room's lighting is at daylight level, but I still have to raise the gain bar to about 200 (the slider goes from 0 to 255) to get a natural light level on the recording.
