Bought the Kiyo today and it worked the first time it was plugged in, unplugged it to move around USB slots and now it won't work, doesn't matter where it is plugged in, removed the device from device manager but it won't re-install properly when you next plug it in, just comes up with an exclamation mark. Tried in an Xbox One and the camera works fine, but not on the laptop anymore. Windows 10.
Also Synapse won't recognize it and the firmware updater fails every time.

Are you referring to Razer Kiyo or Razer Kiyo Pro? Have you performed a clean reinstallation of the Razer Synapse? Please connect your device to a different computer, try to update the firmware from there. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
