I have a Razer Kiyo (RZ19-0232) -- must be over a year old because the website denied me any support whatsoever. Scrolled and searched through pages of the forum threads, but didn't see my particular problem.



Kiyo has worked fine for a year. Now, periodically (and usually right before a meeting with an important client), I'll join a Zoom meeting and my Kiyo simply won't turn on. Clicking "start video" does nothing. I must crawl under my desk and unplug/replug the USB cable on my Mac to get it working again. As you might imagine, this is unsustainable.



Would dearly love for someone to point me to a firmware update or other fix before I have to toss this camera in the garbage and call it a loss.
