Razer Kiyo is being detected on my computer but says it is a unknown device

So I am having problems getting my kiyo to work at all, I did get a new SSD drive and installed windows on it but I really don't see how that could make a difference, I went and got razer synapse 3 and it sees it but it wont do a single thing with it at all. I would try to install drivers but windows can't install drivers on a unknown device and every time I try to use the firmware update it just not detect it at all
