So I am having problems getting my kiyo to work at all, I did get a new SSD drive and installed windows on it but I really don't see how that could make a difference, I went and got razer synapse 3 and it sees it but it wont do a single thing with it at all. I would try to install drivers but windows can't install drivers on a unknown device and every time I try to use the firmware update it just not detect it at all

What Windows operating system are you using? Have you tried isolating the issue by connecting the Kiyo to another computer?
