Razer Kiyo keeps getting spat out

I’ve had this Razer Kiyo for a couple years now, and out of nowhere my pc has started to reject it whenever I attempt to start it up. 

I redownloaded the drivers,  uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, tried different usb ports, and no matter what I end up doing my keeps recognizing it’s existence up until turning on the camera

Any ideas what could be up with it?
