I've been looking for a solution for this for months. When I checked the forum I saw the mod had locked it so there wasn't an update on a fix (if there was even a fix?).



I got the Kiyo several months ago for streaming. This issue, since the beginning, has never been resolved. I keep trying to see if there's a solution every few months. Now I have some time again to try and see if the forum can help. Basically exactly the same issue as this thread. Low Light Compensation resets every restart of the computer. Installed latest drivers, uninstalled latest drivers, installed them again. Nothing.



I hope someone can help with this. It's bordering on a terrible experience for the user - and I too had high hopes for this device.

Did you already try to update the firmware? If not yet, you can get it here. If that didn't work, it's best if you can PM me the serial number of your device so I can start a case and forward it to the Engineering Team so they can have a closer look at the setting issue.
