Razer Kiyo no longer focusing

I have an issue with my camera no longer focusing (auto or manual) over the past week. When I look at my drivers/firmware through the Synapse Control Center, it says I am up to date. Any ideas on getting this to work since the only forum posts I see from months ago is about a firmware update issue.

      Try to reinstall its driver and perform a clean installation of the Synapse app by following the steps here.
