Razer Kiyo Not Recognized | Razer Insider

In the middle of a meeting today, my Razer Kiyo started flashing and then  the  camera died, but the ring light stayed on.

After the meeting, uninstalled Synapspe and the Kiyo drivers, restarted, and waited for the install of the drivers to happen when I plugged the camera back in, but no luck.

I tried almost everything this person did:

So, what’s going on? Just died?  After just a bit over a year?!

Were you able to check for the Razer Synapse 3.0’s latest updates and install them? Please remove all Razer Synapse-related files from your PC and run the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. You can replicate the behavior by connecting the camera to another USB port or computer. Let me know how it went.

Hi - Tried that with no luck.

Same functionality of the camera blinking and not showing video.

Hi, any luck with this? I’ve had the same problem for several days now and none of the above works.
