Razer Kiyo not using saved settings when using other applications for video

Hello all, I have a Razer Kiyo and love the way the video looks! I am a bit confused though. When I make the changes in synapse to where I like it (also disabling low light compensation in advanced settings), I will start the camera feed in either OBS or Discord and neither of the programs are showing the reflected settings. Then when I got back into advanced settings back in synapse the low light compensation is turned back on. I am not sure why the settings are changing even though they are getting applied? (it might be only the advanced settings that are not staying applied when video is disabled from the synapse preview and then the camera is activated on another program) Any help is appreciated. Also some people have HDR and zoom in their synapse preview of the cam but I do not have that. Any idea why that might be? Thanks! Bryan

Hi, Have you tried updating your FW to 2.02_r1? Link can be found here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1664/~/razer-kiyo-firmware-updater-%7C-rz19-02320 HDR - Only supported for Kiyo PRO, Kiyo does not have HDR support Zoom - Let me clarify, the slider bar on the Synapse preview isnt for Zoom function, it is for Manual focus. To get 'Zoom', navigate to advanced settings in Synapse > Camera control, there will be a 'Zoom' slider bar for you.

Thanks so much! I actually did not know there was software to separately update the firmware, I thought it was all handled in synapse, It was on firmware 1.01. It is now updated to 2.02. It seems like the settings are now saving. Thanks so much!
