Razer Kiyo Not Working!

Hello, I just recieved my new Razer Kiyo and it doesn't seem to work. I've plug it in all the usb ports. Every time windows and synaps see the cam correctly but the little LED white light doens't turn on. As if it's detected but the camera refuses to turn on. Please Help me !

Exact the same problem with my new Razer Kiyo. I could not describe it better...

It works in combination with the OBS-Software, see at obsproject.com for free download! As indicated in the usermanual this OBS-software is a system requirement. But: why the hell doesn't it work in combination with Razer-Synapse?

Same issue how do i fix it, throw it away and buy another brand? beyond frustrated

Just try the free third party software OPEN BROADCASTER SOFTWARE (obsproject.com). In combination with this software this problem could be solved!

Yeah same. OBS works but is quite complex for my needs. Razer why is your own software failing us?

OBS-Installation is required. After the first installation, OBS has not to be started in order to use Razer for example for ZOOM-Sessions. ZOOM-Sessions, Video Properties recognizes "OBS Virtual Camera" to configure it.
