Hi all,
I’ve had my Razer Kiyo RZ19-02320 c.a. 2020 or 2021. Tonight, I had issues with streaming to twitch using OBS. It started with the preview of my Razer Kiyo being extremely laggy and blurry, and it had 3 lines across my screen, like an old CRTV. After updating the drivers for OBS, Synapse and for the Razer Kiyo, OBS doesn’t display what Kiyo shows, and Windows 10 Home Camera App is telling me another app is using my Razer Kiyo when nothing else is. I see no preview in OBS and I don’t have the option to change any settings for configuring a video device. I’ve noticed that when my razer kiyo ring light is on, synapse is unable to identify the device. My mouse shows up with no issues in synapse, but my kiyo only shows up if the ring light is off. I’ve tried Microsoft support, and they said it was a hardware issue that they cannot diagnose. What can I do to make my Razer Kiyo functional again? Let me know if there are more specs to my PC you need to know.

As of right now, my Kiyo is not functional and does not give me video feed in my Microsoft camera app, OBS, or Synapse. However, the ring light will light up on occasion.
