I’m having a problem with my Razer Kiyo webcam and I can’t figure out what’s going wrong. Whenever I try to use it (whether it’s on OBS, Discord, Windows Camera app, etc.), the ring light turns on, the video feed starts to appear… and then the camera instantly shuts off. It’s like it crashes as soon as it activates.
After that, it disconnects and reconnects automatically without me having to unplug it. The issue repeats itself every time, and I can’t get it to work properly.
I’ve tried different USB ports, restarting the PC, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, but nothing has helped so far. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows what might be causing this?
I have purchased my Kiyo device in Nov 2024 and it worked well in the very beginning, however since recently I have been experiencing the issue as laid out above.
